Finding a balance
I often try to ge organized and have everything in one place. The plans are intricate and planned to the least of steps to carry out the project. Some of this attention to detail is a direct cause of my profession- hence clinical research where leaving out a process intentially or covertly can pose a major problem.
However, sometimes it is hard to find a balance between making the lists and just going off the cuff.
There is a balance scale that we all must face. The truth of the matter is that just like when you are trying to balance the scale as weight and burdens increase on one site, the other side side becomes unbalanced. So depending on what you are trying to do, it might seem more feasible to stay out of balance when weighing matters such as stress vs. non-stress times. I would like the stress to be so minimal that it cannot be weighed and thus my non-stress tray is just swinging freely beucase there is nothing to measure it against.
