This year we started a new book club for our team which required each team member to read a book, article or something and report to the team how the information related to their role at work or for the company as a whole.
When we first started the book club this year, the team was skeptical and we had a few uncertainties. But overall, we have had some great Cliff Notes, high level reviews of books and of course had an opportunity to learn the content and advantages of a few more books.
