Self leadership

Updated: Nov 11, 2019

Self leadership and discipline are the most difficult tasks to achieve when seeking positive outcomes. Intentional focus toward purpose and goals requires self leadership and discipline. As leaders, applying the principles of continuous improvement is necessary.

Our behaviors are crucial to how we are respected by others and self discipline is the outward picture of our life. Disciplines can be good, bad or indifferent. But just as self leadership is difficult, so is discipline. We must learn what is good and right for us and then work hard to develop and follow the principles. Sometimes we need to take a step outside of ourselves and ask the question, would I follow me?
