MEET OUR CEO
BCI was founded by Pamela Nelson, RN, MSN, PHD, CCRA with more than 35 years experience in oncology and health outcomes; serving in various roles in hospitals, outpatient settings, administration and research. Since 2002, she has led Bracane Company to provide services in Phase I-IV clinical research projects, global genetic studies, national training programs for project management, diabetes prevention and staff augmentation.
Meet Our Core Leadership Team
Our advisory team leads alongside of the CEO to support our staff and provide leadership and development for our team members. Their diverse backgrounds in human resources, business law, business taxes, business development and research operations provide BCI with a full suite of experienced professionals to lead and guide the company.
Our staff is highly qualified in research, data collection and analytics, quality management, health promotion, recruiting and training and development. BCI employs research and quality management professionals who are ready to address the needs of our clients

The Association of Minorities in Clinical Research (AMICR), a non-profit organization formed in 2009. This organization supports the efforts to increase the participation of minorities in clinical research as site coordinators, researchers, and participants in clinical trials. We offer training to minorities to help increase diversity in the field, and readily provide information to the community at-large to expand the number of minorities involved in clinical trials. Bracane Company supports the efforts of AMICR and is proud of our affiliation with them.
